Videographer & Social Media Content Manager

About this opportunity

We are looking for a full-time creative, hands-on Videographer & Social Media Content Manager to help build and grow a strong personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and podcast platforms. This is an all-round content role. We need someone who can plan, shoot, edit, publish and repurpose content, not just manage a posting calendar. Candidate must be currently based in the UAE and have valid UAE driving license. Responsibilities include: Filming Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, podcasts, property tours and lifestyle content Editing high-quality short-form and long-form videos Managing Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn content Planning weekly and monthly content Setting up, recording and editing podcasts Repurposing long-form content into short-form clips Creating thumbnails, carousels and simple graphics Managing cameras, lighting and audio equipment Developing new content ideas and recurring series Staying on top of trends, formats and editing styles Organising footage and maintaining a content library Supporting shoots across Dubai and Abu Dhabi Reviewing content performance and improving what works We are looking for someone proactive, creative and fast-moving who can take ownership of the content process and become a key part of building the personal brand.
