AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Production Planning and Scheduling : Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and project deadlines while optimizing resource utilization. Development Production Process: Contribute to the development and enhancement of production processes. Resource Management: Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment efficiently to maximize production output Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing quality control processes and conducting regular inspections. Cost Management: Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient production methods Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or excess stock. Reporting: Generate production reports, performance metrics, and other relevant data for management review.
