Receive and inspect incoming shipments, meticulously verifying items against packing slips to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, stack, and retrieve inventory efficiently and safely, adhering to all safety protocols. Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, selecting the correct items and preparing them for shipment according to established procedures. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and promptly reporting any inventory discrepancies to the supervisor. High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Forklift certification is preferred, showcasing a willingness to operate warehouse equipment safely. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, indicating familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures. Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting, providing a solid understanding of warehouse tasks.
