The company announces a vacancy for the position of Sales and Customer Service Representative, aimed at enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Job Objective: To provide exceptional service to customers, understand their needs and requirements, and offer suitable solutions and products, while monitoring the sales process from initial inquiry to order completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction levels. Responsibilities: Professionally greet and interact with customers, whether in-person or via phone and various communication channels. Prepare price quotes and follow up with customers until the sales process is completed. Monitor potential customer inquiries and convert them into actionable sales opportunities. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management regarding performance and potential growth opportunities. Coordinate customer requests with relevant internal departments to ensure order fulfillment according to agreed requirements. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries and feedback in coordination with relevant management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Update customer data and continuously monitor the status of quotes and requests. Adhere to company policies and procedures, quality standards, and customer service protocols. Prepare reports related to sales and customers as needed, and maintain accurate records of customer data and requests in the system or relevant files. Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the position as directed by management.
