About this opportunity

Identify and develop prospects among property developers, contractors, consultants, facilities managers, government entities, businesses, farms, homeowners, and other approved target segments. Build and maintain a structured database of target accounts, decision-makers, project stages, expected values, next actions, and opportunity sources. Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, seasonal plant demand, competitor activity, and customer needs in the Saudi landscaping, irrigation, and nursery market. Plan calls, meetings, nursery visits, site visits, presentations, and networking activities according to assigned territories, sectors, and monthly targets. Qualify opportunities by confirming customer needs, scope, quantities, specifications, budget, decision process, competitors, expected timeline, and payment requirements. Conduct initial site or nursery consultations and collect drawings, bills of quantities, plant lists, photographs, and technical information required for accurate evaluation. Recommend suitable plants, sizes, quantities, delivery arrangements, landscaping services, irrigation solutions, and maintenance options within approved technical limits. Coordinate with Technical Office, Estimation, Nursery, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams to confirm scope, availability, lead times, costs, risks, and commercial terms. Prepare or coordinate clear quotations and proposals that define scope, prices, taxes, delivery, validity, exclusions, payment terms, warranty, and customer responsibilities. Present the company's capabilities, project experience, nursery range, quality standards, and technical value in a professional and customer-focused manner. Negotiate within approved pricing, discount, margin, credit, and contractual limits and obtain authorization before making any exception or commitment. Follow up quotations systematically, address objections, record reasons for wins and losses, and close opportunities with complete purchase orders, contracts, or other approved documentation. Maintain regular contact with customers, identify repeat and cross-selling opportunities, and resolve concerns through the responsible operational team. Complete documented handover to Projects, Nursery, Warehouse, Transport, or Finance covering agreed scope, quantities, dates, contacts, approvals, payment terms, and special conditions. Follow order progress and customer satisfaction without bypassing project controls, support collection of due payments and resolution of commercial documentation issues. Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly and monthly reports on visits, leads, quotations, pipeline value, forecast, orders, margins, collections, and required management support. Experience in landscaping, irrigation, nurseries, agriculture, construction, or project-based sales is preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop accounts, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and achieve sales targets. Fluent Arabic and good working English for proposals, correspondence, presentations, and customer communication. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and structured sales reporting. Consultative selling, prospecting, lead qualification, presentation, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills. Commercial awareness, basic margin calculations, forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined follow-up. Working knowledge of landscape plants, nursery specifications, irrigation systems, installation services, and project terminology. Ability to read basic drawings, bills of quantities, and specifications and translate customer requirements for technical teams. Professional relationship management, integrity, responsiveness, accurate documentation, and clear coordination across departments. Respect for approved pricing, credit, contracting, confidentiality, and delegated authority.
