Select and mix paints and coatings according to specifications, ensuring color accuracy and consistency in texture. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and precision in execution. Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups to meet high-quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in painting is a plus for skill enhancement. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on painting experience, preferably in residential or commercial settings. Valid driver's license with a clean record, enabling travel to various job sites without hindrance. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
