Techno Power is looking for an experienced ERP & Digital Transformation Manager to lead our company-wide digital transformation and implement an integrated ERP, CRM, automation, and AI-driven environment. Key responsibilities: leading ERP and CRM implementation mapping and redesigning business processes integrating sales, procurement, inventory, finance, production, and service, developing BOMs and assembly workflows, enabling serial number tracking, building dashboards and KPIs, implementing automation and AI, managing data migration, training users, and ensuring adoption across all departments. Qualifications: Must have 5 to 8+ years of relevant professional experience with at least three years of hands-on ERP implementation. Manufacturing or assembly experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Zoho or similar ERP platforms is a strong advantage. Must be a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
