Front Desk Representative - Reception, Client Affairs & Social Media Support

We are hiring a full-time Front Desk Representative to support reception, client relations, daily office operations, and social media coordination for a new luxury jewelry brand. This role is ideal for someone professional, well-presented, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with clients, visitors, vendors, and internal team members. The candidate must speak Russian and English fluently. Arabic is a strong advantage. The position combines front desk responsibilities with client affairs and light social media support, making it a strong opportunity for someone who is interested in luxury brands, jewelry, fashion, client service, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients, visitors, vendors, and partners in a professional and polished manner. Manage reception, phone calls, messages, appointments, and daily front desk operations. Handle client inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, TikTok, and other communication channels. Maintain a high standard of client service and ensure all client communications are answered promptly and professionally. Assist with scheduling private appointments, showroom visits, meetings, and consultations. Support client follow-up, client records, order inquiries, and customer care coordination. Assist management with administrative tasks, vendor communication, and office organization. Help coordinate social media activity for Instagram and TikTok. Assist with posting content, captions, stories, reels, messages, and basic engagement. Support the marketing team with organizing photos, videos, product content, and client-facing materials. Help maintain a luxury brand image across all client interactions and digital channels. Coordinate with designers, marketing staff, photographers, videographers, and external vendors when needed. Ensure the reception area, client meeting areas, and brand materials are always presented to a premium standard. Required Qualifications Fluent Russian and English. Strong communication and client service skills. Professional appearance and polished personal presentation. Experience in reception, front desk, client relations, hospitality, luxury retail, fashion, beauty, jewelry, or premium customer service. Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, email, and basic office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage client communications calmly and professionally. Friendly, discreet, reliable, and service-oriented personality. Ability to work in a luxury brand environment and maintain confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Arabic language skills. Experience with jewelry, fashion, luxury goods, beauty, hospitality, or high-end retail. Experience helping manage Instagram or TikTok accounts. Basic content creation skills, including taking photos/videos, writing captions, organizing posts, or assisting with reels. Experience with CRM systems, appointment scheduling, Shopify, website admin, or e-commerce support. Understanding of luxury client service standards. Role Type Full-time position. Location: Qatar.
