Thoroughly review and analyze government tender documents, specifications, and scope of work for Fit-Out projects. Perform detailed quantity takeoff (BOQ) and analyze interior design and finishing engineering drawings. Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and conduct thorough evaluation of their proposals. Prepare and assemble complete technical and financial proposals in full compliance with government tender requirements. Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project financial risks prior to bid submission. Manage tender submissions and track updates through the Etimad platform .
