From emergency battery replacement to preventive automotive care, we deliver fast, convenient, and reliable service across the UAE, supported by our Al Quoz service center. *THE OPPORTUNITY* We are looking for a Sales & Service Manager to lead the performance of our Onsite Operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn KPIs into action, teams into performance, and operational challenges into measurable results. *YOUR IMPACT* * Own Revenue: Drive sales, conversion, gross margin, and commercial growth. * Lead Operations: Ensure efficient dispatch, technician utilization, response times, and job closure. * Build Performance: Coach teams, manage KPIs, address performance gaps, and build accountability. * Elevate Customer Experience: Drive service quality, reviews, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction. * Improve Sales: Increase service package penetration, upselling, app adoption, and repeat business. * Control Operations: Ensure pricing discipline, SOP compliance, CRM accuracy, and operational efficiency. * Use Data: Monitor daily performance dashboards and convert insights into corrective actions. * Drive Alignment: Work closely with HR, IT, Marketing, Accounts, Dispatch, and Operations. *SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE* Higher Revenue | Better Margins | Stronger Conversion | Faster Response | Higher Productivity | Better Reviews | Stronger Teams *WHAT YOU BRING* * 5+ years’ experience in sales, operations, automotive, field services, or a similar high-volume environment. * Proven experience managing teams against revenue and operational KPIs. * Strong commercial and analytical mindset. * Excellent leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. * CRM/ZOHO or similar system experience is an advantage. *WHAT WE OFFER* * Competitive salary package * Performance-based incentives * Medical insurance * Annual leave and statutory benefits * Training & continuous learning * Career growth opportunities * High-impact role in a fast-growing automotive business * Performance-driven work environment *READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT?* If you are a commercially driven leader who thrives on people, performance, and operations, we want to hear from you.
