*Social Media Specialist — Club Padel Dubai* We're looking for a creative, people-friendly social media specialist to help bring the energy of Club Padel Dubai online. This part-time role is great for someone building their portfolio in content and community management. *What you'll do* * Shoot and edit videos and photos from matches, events, and daily club activity. * Design posts and stories using Canva or similar tools. * Manage Instagram posting, stories, and day-to-day engagement. * Reach out to and host influencer collaborations — invite padel/lifestyle influencers (100K+ followers, starting point) to visit the club, and coordinate scheduling with coaches and management. * Bring content ideas to management and help plan promotions. * Bonus: comfort with Meta Ads to boost reach. *Community* * Be a friendly, visible presence at the club during your shifts. * Help capture tournaments, social events, and influencer visits. * Encourage guests to share and tag the club. *Who we're looking for* * Outgoing, comfortable approaching people and starting conversations. * Enjoys creating and posting content — not just consuming it. * Confident shooting on a phone camera; quick to spot a good moment. * An eye for design and consistent branding. * Comfortable pitching collaborations to influencers and agreeing on deliverables before hosting them. * Fluent in English; other languages a plus. * Female. * Bonus: familiar with Meta Ads Manager or post analytics. *Schedule & location* ~20 hours/week, mostly evenings and weekends.
