Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities Take charge of all contractual matters related to assigned projects, from drafting to final execution. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and monitor contract performance. Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variances. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration. Prepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims management. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests. Ensure proper documentation and closure of contracts upon project completion. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry. Thorough understanding of contract law and construction agreements. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Familiarity with contract management software and tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Professional certifications in contract management (such as CCM or CPCM) preferred. Experience in the Middle East construction sector is highly desirable. Fluency in both English and Arabic is a significant advantage. Awareness of Vision 2030 initiatives and their relevance to infrastructure projects is a plus.
