"1) Ensuring that the all farms at site run smoothly and efficiently 2) Implementing proper plans as per company decisions for the farm prepration, placement, growing and production of Breeder farms for quantity and quality of hatching eggs" "3) Critically monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and compare with Budget 4) Critically monitor daily performance reports to evaluate feed and water consumption 5) Critically monitor weekly reports to evaluate power and all other resources 6) Ensure timely availability of all operation raw materials, items, equipment's, diesel and services needs" "7) Critically monitor and evaluate cost/hatching egg & per bird on Weekly/Monthly basis and take appropriate decisions 8) Ensuring that all Materials and Manpower required for the efficient running of the breeder farms are available 9) Verify data entry on daily basis in SAP and report generation daily, weekly and monthly basis." "10) Implement all operational programs strictly i.e. SOP s, Biosecurity within Breeder farms & at Site 11) Implement Bio-security and disease control &Vaccination program at Site with the maximum possible as per Company guidelines 12) Implement Company rules & directions and make sure are followed in every aspect while promoting discipline, harmony and honesty within the farms 13) Verify that all records within the farms and between other sectors are up to date and accurate at all times" "14) Ensuring efficient and effective co-ordination with the farm Supervisors and all other departments/sectors within the Company 15) Undertaking all the Technical and administrative duties within the scope of Site manager 16) Training all breeder staff , practicing the latest technical information as per Operation manager instructions " "17) Ensuring that all farm In charges are fully informed, capable, and effective in carrying the message to all levels of staff within breeder farms. 18) Ensuring a good solid and mutually beneficial relationship with and cross functional departments 19) Effectively analyzing the performance of individual farms/houses, staff particularly Farm Supervisors" "20) Effectively analyzing the performance of individual farms/houses breeds, staff (particularly Site managers) and the Department as a whole 21) Ensuring that the breeder farms makes or exceeds its (targets) in a manner that is beneficial to both its employees and all others with the Company 22) Ensuring fair performance evaluation of Site managers and farm Supervisors 23) Developing department staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions and ensure staff retention" "23) Develop a successor for site manager position as well as successors of his immediate subordinates 24) Coordinate with Operation Manager, whenever Manpower is required at the site 25) Ensuring that all operational programs i.e. as ISO /HACCP/ FSMS /EMS are strictly followed within the Site" 26) Monitor the efficiency (cost) of electrical energy generators, Reverse Osmosis (RO), vehicle and other relate equipment's 27) Following up the customers complaints efficiently its corrective action within least possible time & report back 28) Other duties as Required
