Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression, ensuring optimal performance and compliance. Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan. Manage facility energy consumption, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs and environmental impact. Lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facility management with a strong mechanical engineering background. Proven experience in managing complex mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in large commercial or industrial facilities.
