About this opportunity

Large-Canvas & Immersive Content Creation: Design, format, and optimize high-resolution visual assets, motion graphics, and video content tailored for large-scale projection mapping, multi-display edge blending, and expansive venue screens. Event Visual Production: Lead the creative design process for major foundation milestones and signature events. Interactive & Digital Media Integration: Collaborate on cutting-edge digital experiences, supporting the integration of 3D assets, and realtime media server workflows. Post-Production & Upscaling: Utilize advanced video upscaling and rendering tools to ensure pristine visual quality across non-standard, ultra-wide, and massive canvas dimensions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with AV engineers, technical directors, and project leads to ensure seamless technical execution from pre-production to live show deployment. Experience: Proven professional experience as a Multimedia Designer, Motion Designer, or AV Content Creator, preferably within large-scale corporate, academic, or institutional settings. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator). 3D Design & Experience: Demonstrated capability in 3D content creation, asset integration (such as FBX workflows), and the development of interactive or real-time 3D/AR environments. Demonstrated experience working with non-standard, ultra-high resolutions, multi-screen setups, and large-canvas media management. Familiarity with media servers, projection mapping workflows, or real-time rendering platforms is a strong advantage. A robust portfolio showcasing large-format motion graphics, immersive design work, or major live-event visual production.
