About this opportunity

Lead and support strategic projects and initiatives related to the economic sector Develop and review economic policies and strategies Review and analyze legislation, regulations, and policies related to the economic sector Prepare studies, analyses, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Assess the impact of proposed policies and legislation and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement Collaborate with government entities and relevant stakeholders in the implementation of projects and initiatives Prepare reports, studies, and presentations for senior management Contribute to the development of initiatives that support economic growth and competitiveness Monitor economic best practices and trends and incorporate them into the development of policies and initiatives Minimum of seven years of experience in strategic consulting, policy development, economic development, or a related field Strong experience in strategic projects, policy making, and legislation review Previous experience with a leading consulting firm is preferred Previous experience with government centers or entities in Abu Dhabi will be considered an added advantage Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare studies and strategic recommendations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong report writing and presentation skills Direct experience in the economic or government sector is preferred Benefits Monthly salary ranging from AED 42,000 to AED 50,000 Annual air tickets for the candidate, spouse, and up to three children, aged from three to eighteen years Education allowance of AED 40,000 per child, with no limit on the number of eligible children, for children aged from three to twenty-one years
