About this opportunity

Project Planning & Execution Lead and manage all structural and finishing activities from project initiation to handover. Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to meet milestones. Structural Works Management Supervise construction activities related to foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and superstructure elements. Review drawings, method statements, and construction sequences. Ensure structural works comply with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Minimum 18 years of construction experience. At least 5 years as a Project Manager handling structural and finishing works. Proven experience in high-rise towers, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments .
