Interior Design Inspector

About this opportunity

Conduct thorough on-site inspections of interior design projects to verify adherence to approved plans, specifications, and building codes. Document all inspection findings, including any deviations, defects, or non-compliance issues, with detailed notes and photographic evidence. Review and interpret architectural drawings, design specifications, and material submittals to ensure accurate implementation. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and designers to address identified issues and ensure timely resolution. Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in interior design project management or inspection in consultancy. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural and interior design drawings.
