Job description: Position: Waiter / Waitress Department: Food and Beverage Accountability Summary Deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages accurately, and addressing guest needs to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Responsibilities: · Order Taking: Present menus, answer questions, and write down guest orders accurately to ensure correct service. · Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to tables efficiently and professionally in accordance with service standards. · Guest Assistance: Observe guests to respond to additional requests and determine when the meal is completed. · Payment Processing: Accept payment and pass it to the cashier to ensure accurate billing. · Problem Solving: Address guest complaints immediately by escalating them to the Supervisor when necessary. · Coordination: Relay orders to the kitchen and bar via the POS system to ensure timely preparation. - Professionalism: Maintain appropriate standards of hygiene, uniform, and conduct to represent the resort professionally Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Education: - High School. Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry.
