GCC Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of interior fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring smooth communication and delivery across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate interior fit-out and joinery projects from initiation through handover. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams on schedules, deliverables, and open items. Track and manage procurement follow-ups, material submittals, and RFIs. Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports. Support project managers in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Flag risks and delays early, and help drive resolution across teams 5–10+ years of experience in project coordination within interior fit-out, joinery, or construction. Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out and interior contracting practices. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and standard project documentation tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
