Key Requirements: • Strong experience in yacht / marine operations and day-to-day business management • Proven team leadership and operational performance management • Excellent customer relations & after-sales operations experience • Strong service coordination & operational planning skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving business objectives • Experience managing luxury yacht customers and high-value marine products • UAE / GCC market experience is highly desirable • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and GCC as required by the nature of the role
