Develop and implement comprehensive inspection and testing plans for static and rotating equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Conduct thorough visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) on critical equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors. Review and approve material certifications, welding procedures, and fabrication documentation to verify quality and conformity. Monitor fabrication and construction activities on-site, identifying and rectifying any deviations from approved drawings and quality requirements. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution. Gulf experience in Oil & Gas projects is Must Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for static and rotating equipment in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry. Possession of internationally recognized NDT certifications (e.g., ASNT Level II in relevant methods like UT, RT, MT, PT). Certified welding inspector (e.g., CSWIP, AWS) with a strong understanding of welding processes and metallurgy.
