About this opportunity

We are hiring a skilled E&I Sr. Electrician / Supervisor for our CEMENT plant to manage electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities, ensure equipment reliability, and support smooth plant operations. Responsibilities: Supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities for kiln, ball mill, packing plant, and auxiliaries. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical, instrumentation, and PLC systems. Troubleshoot electrical, field instruments, PLC, VFDs, and power distribution issues. Ensure minimal downtime and improve reliability. Plan for necessary spares for equipment under his responsibility. Plan shutdown work, engage and supervise the electrical team. Coordinate with production & mechanical departments. Diploma Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering. 5+ years of experience in the cement industry. Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
