Role & responsibilities MACHINE SKILLED OPERATOR Skilled Machine Operator EPS Block Production & Contour Cutting The operator will be responsible for the EPS production section, including: EPS pre-expansion and density control. EPS silos and material management. EPS block moulding. EPS waste grinding and virgin/recycled material mixing. CNC/CAD-CAM contour cutting of EPS blocks. Monitoring steam, water and compressed-air systems associated with production. Machine setup, parameter adjustment, quality monitoring, troubleshooting and routine maintenance. Reading technical drawings and optimizing EPS cutting to minimize waste. Skilled Machine Operator Wire Mesh & Panel Production The operator will be responsible for the wire mesh and final panel production section, including: Automatic welded wire mesh production. Wire straightening and cutting. Wire butt welding. Operation of the main automated CIPS panel production machine. CNC mesh cutting and bending. Manual welding/rework where required. Machine setup, parameter adjustment, quality monitoring, troubleshooting and routine maintenance. Reading technical drawings and checking dimensional/product quality. Must Know Below Work: 1. EPS Pre-Expander 2. EPS Block Moulder Machine 3. Pantograph (EPS Cutting Machine) 4. Wire Straightener with Cutting Bench 5. Wire Mesh Welding Machine 6. Cutting & Bending Mesh Machine 7. Manual Bench Welder 8. Forklift He deals with loading / unloading and the operation of the machine, he monitors the process and verify the final product. He reads and interprets the technical information on production to be made, identifies the proper work cycle, equips the machine to achieve the expected result. He intervenes to handle processing and make appropriate adjustments according to the procedures learned during training. He carries out routine and extraordinary maintenance. He is able to use the computer to manage the necessary information for the implementation of his own activity (changing the processing parameters and reading the processing data). He monitors the objectives of his own work in terms of volume, time and quality CONTOUR CUTTING MACHINE SKILLED OPERATOR He deals with loading / unloading and the operation of the machine, he monitors the process and verify the final product. He reads and interprets the technical drawings of the product to be made, identifies the relative working cycle, equips the machine to obtain the expected result (in relation with the Technical Office) He must take care of cut optimization of EPS blocks, limiting as much as possible the accumulation of scrapes. He intervenes to handle processing and make appropriate adjustments according to the procedures learned during training. He carries out routine and extraordinary maintenance. He is able to use the computer to manage the necessary information for the implementation of his own activity (changing the processing parameters and reading the processing data). He is able to use the measuring instruments for the planned quality control procedures. He monitors the objectives of his own work in terms of volume, time and quality. For both positions, candidates should preferably have a Technical Diploma/ITI or equivalent technical qualification and hands-on experience with industrial/manufacturing machinery . Experience with EPS/foam processing, CNC/hot-wire cutting, automated production lines, wire mesh/welding machinery, panel production, or similar equipment would be an advantage. The operators will be supported by helpers and a forklift/logistics operator. Must Know Below Work: 1. EPS Pre-Expander 2. EPS Block Moulder Machine 3. Pantograph (EPS Cutting Machine) 4.
