The candidate should possess: Strong sales and business development experience Existing client network within Qatar Experience managing private sector and government tenders Ability to conduct site surveys and develop manpower, equipment, and costing proposals Strong commercial negotiation skills Fluent English and Arabic communication skills Valid Qatar driving licence Existing relationships with procurement teams, facility managers, and decision makers Proven track record in contract acquisition and revenue growth
