Operate the tower crane to lift, move, and position materials with precision and safety. Conduct daily inspections of crane equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with site supervisors and ground crew to facilitate safe and efficient material handling. Maintain clear communication through hand signals or radio with site personnel to ensure accurate load placement. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in crane operation is preferred. Valid tower crane operator certification from a recognized authority is mandatory. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction sites. Proven track record of safety compliance and operational efficiency in fast-paced environments.
