Sharjah B2B Network: They must have an active ledger of contacts with local garages, auto accessory shops, workshops, and retailers across Sharjah's industrial zones. Technical Product Knowledge: Unlike FMCG (food/beverage) sales, an automotive rep needs to understand component specifications, part numbers, and compatibility to avoid high product return rates. Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English is crucial for dealing with the majority of workshop managers and parts retailers in Sharjah; Arabic is a major advantage A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in sales principles.
