Key Responsibilities: ✔ Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction projects. ✔Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors. ✔Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate competitive prices and terms. ✔Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QS, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely procurement and delivery. ✔Maintain strong supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities. ✔Monitor orders, deliveries, market prices, and supplier performance. Requirements: ✔ 3–5 years of UAE construction procurement experience ✔ Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractors ✔ Experience in sourcing, purchasing, supplier evaluation, and negotiation ✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage) ✔ Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle – Mandatory ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred ✔ Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
