Job Purpose : To manage and support all IT systems, clinic software, networks, medical devices connectivity, and data security, ensuring smooth clinic operations and uninterrupted patient services. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and network equipment. Manage clinic management software, EMR/EHR systems, appointment scheduling, billing, and insurance platforms. Support doctors and staff with day-to-day IT issues. Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and protection of patient records. Maintain CCTV, access control, telephone systems, and Wi-Fi networks. Coordinate with vendors for software licenses, hardware maintenance, and IT support services. Set up workstations and IT access for new employees. Monitor and maintain IT inventory and assets. Assist in procurement of IT equipment, software, and related services. Ensure compliance with DHA requirements related to electronic data and patient information security Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic environment. Skills Network and system administration. Medical/Clinic software support. Cybersecurity and data protection.
