We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As our Senior Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, leading end-to-end analysis for high-impact projects. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, defining detailed requirements, and ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives. Your work will directly influence decision-making at the executive level, so you must be comfortable presenting to senior leadership and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. In this role, you will: Lead requirement gathering sessions with business owners, operations, and IT teams to define scope, objectives, and success metrics. Conduct thorough current-state analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to recommend future-state designs. Develop and maintain comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams. Facitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit needs and manage expectations across all departments. Perform data analysis and modeling to support business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI assessments. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure technical solutions meet business needs and quality standards. Support the project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including UAT coordination, change management, and post-implementation reviews. Act as a mentor to junior analysts, promoting best practices in business analysis and continuous improvement. To be successful in this senior role, you must possess a proven track record of delivering complex analysis projects in a corporate setting. We are looking for candidates who combine analytical rigor with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Essential qualifications & experience: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience in technology sectors. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Ability to prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.
