Supervise and manage a team of welders and fabrication workers. Perform and oversee welding, cutting, and fabrication works. Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications. Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress. Ensure welding work meets required quality and safety standards. Inspect completed welding and fabrication work. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and materials. Coordinate with the site supervisor and other teams to complete work on time. 3–5 years of experience as a Welder Foreman or similar role. Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques. Ability to lead and manage a team. UAE experience is preferred. Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
