Head of Security Systems

About this opportunity

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance performance for all Security Systems. • Lead subject-matter experts and ensure appropriate certified technical coverage and competency. • Review and approve technical method statements, SOPs, and preventive-maintenance schedules. • Provide technical input to the Change Advisory Board for system changes. • Monitor discipline performance and Lead root-cause analysis and problem management report to the Service Delivery Manager. • Ensure high system availability, SLA compliance, preventive-maintenance completion, and reduction in repeat incidents. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or a relevant technical discipline. • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with relevant security systems in a large enterprise or airport environment. • Relevant certifications in security-system technologies, particularly Milestone VMS and physical-security systems. • ITIL Foundation certification. • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, video surveillance, VMS platforms, servers, and related security infrastructure. • Strong OEM/vendor management and technical escalation experience. • Excellent leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
