Job description / Role Job Type Full Time Job Location Dubai, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary 3000 - 4000 AED Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Safety & Environment Company Industry Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals & Medical Services Location: Dubai Industrial City (DIC) Department: Operations Role Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and maintain key equipment in our polymer recycling line, including granulators, crushers, and extrusion machines for LDPE film, HDPE, and PP. The operator must be hands-on, technically capable, and able to manage continuous production with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Operate granulators, crushers, shredders, and extrusion machines for LD/HD/PP recycling. • Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, feed rate, melt quality) during extrusion. • Perform basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure smooth operation. • Feed materials, manage output quality, and ensure consistent production flow. • Conduct routine cleaning of machines, screens, filters, and die heads. • Identify operational issues and report abnormalities to maintenance/engineering teams. • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. • Record daily production data, machine logs, and material consumption. Requirements: Qualifications • High school diploma, technical certificate, or vocational training in machine operation. • 2–5 years of experience in plastic recycling, extrusion, or similar industrial operations. • Experience with LDPE film, HDPE, PP processing is a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies • Hands-on experience with granulators, crushers, and extrusion lines. • Understanding of melt flow, temperature control, and polymer behavior. • Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and operational issues. • Physically fit and able to work in industrial plant conditions. • Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work independently. Additional Requirements • Willingness to work shifts if required. • Ability to follow SOPs and production instructions accurately Salary: AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
