Prepare, review, and coordinate Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm drawings for Civil Defence submission and approval. Ensure all designs, installations, and materials comply with Abu Dhabi Civil Defence requirements and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code . Supervise fire protection system installation at project sites and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Inspect installed materials and equipment to verify their quality, approval status, suitability, and performance . Monitor the efficiency and operational condition of fire protection and fire alarm systems across all company properties. Coordinate and follow up with approved fire system maintenance companies , consultants, and contractors. Review preventive maintenance, testing, commissioning, and inspection reports and ensure all identified issues are rectified. Coordinate with Civil Defence and relevant authorities whenever inspections, approvals, renewals, or corrective actions are required. Maintain records of system status, maintenance, approvals, certificates, and outstanding issues for each property. Stay updated with all applicable Abu Dhabi Civil Defence regulations, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, and related requirements . Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, or related Engineering field . Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience , preferably in Abu Dhabi. Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Civil Defence drawings, submissions, and approvals . Good knowledge of UAE/Abu Dhabi fire safety regulations. Ability to independently supervise contractors, maintenance companies, inspections, testing, and system performance.
