Senior Credit and Collection Controller

We are looking for a Senior Credit and Collection Controller to be part of our Finance team in Kuwait. As a company specializing in Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Contracting, Facility Management, and After-Sales Services, we seek a results-driven professional with strong experience in credit control and collections. Key Responsibilities: Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Manage aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables. Review customer credit limits and assess credit risks. Conduct collection negotiations while maintaining strong customer relationships. Review contracts and payment terms to minimize financial risk. Prepare collection reports and support month-end financial activities. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable. Proven experience in managing aging reports, client accounts, and achieving collection targets. Experience in contract review, customer negotiations, and credit risk assessment. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is preferred. Previous experience in the MEP contracting, construction, engineering, facility management, or after-sales services sectors is highly preferred. Valid driving license is required.
