Manage and schedule maintenance tasks, from routine checks to urgent repairs, to minimize downtime and ensure facility integrity. Coordinate and deploy labour teams effectively, matching skill sets to specific job requirements and ensuring client satisfaction. Implement and monitor safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and providing necessary training to prevent accidents. Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent is essential. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or labour supply management is required. Relevant certifications in facility management, health & safety, or specific trade skills are highly advantageous. Proven experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
