We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to tailor strategies that align with business goals. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Monitor and report on progress and forecasts to management. - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within Bahrain or the GCC region. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and ability to work independently. - Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel locally as needed.
