We are looking for an constuction industry experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Officer to join our construction company in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding Source and recruit white-collar professionals, including engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, commercial staff, HSE professionals and other technical personnel Develop and manage effective talent-attraction channels for recruitment across all levels of the company Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, universities and professional networks Screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads Prepare job descriptions, offer letters and recruitment reports Maintain an updated candidate database Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, notice periods and joining formalities Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience At least 2 years of relevant recruitment experience within the UAE construction industry Proven experience recruiting white-collar, engineering and technical employees Familiarity with UAE employment practices and construction-sector manpower requirements Education: MBA or Post Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline HR or recruitment certification will be an added advantage Skills and Competencies: Strong candidate-sourcing and headhunting abilities Excellent interviewing and candidate-assessment skills Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment databases Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines Good negotiation, coordination and stakeholder-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant-tracking systems High level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment Important: Only candidates with relevant UAE construction recruitment experience should apply.
