Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit an MOH licensed Consultant Plastic Surgeon for their client in Kuwait which is a leading multispecialty healthcare center providing specialist outpatient medical and healthcare services. We are looking for qualified Consultant Plastic Surgeons in Kuwait with recognized postgraduate specialist qualifications in Plastic Surgery and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of post qualification clinical experience. The Plastic Surgery Consultant will be responsible for assessing patients, determining suitability for surgical and non-surgical procedures and developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical indications and patient requirements. Provide specialist consultations across appropriate areas of reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery according to the candidate's training, experience and approved clinical privileges. Perform surgical and minor procedures, provide pre-operative assessment and counselling and ensure appropriate post-operative management and follow-up. Identify and manage procedural complications, maintain high standards of patient safety and informed consent and ensure realistic communication regarding treatment expectations and outcomes. Collaborate with Dermatologists and other medical and surgical specialists within the healthcare center where multidisciplinary management is required. Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with Kuwait Ministry of Health requirements, clinical governance standards and evidence-based Plastic Surgery practices.
