Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit an MOH licensed ENT Consultant for their client in Kuwait which is a leading multispecialty healthcare center providing specialist outpatient medical and healthcare services. We are looking for qualified ENT Consultants in Kuwait, with recognized postgraduate specialist qualifications in Otolaryngology / ENT and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of post qualification clinical experience. The ENT Consultant will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adult and pediatric patients presenting with ear, nose and throat conditions including hearing and ear disorders, sinus and nasal disease, tonsillar and pharyngeal conditions, voice disorders and other common and complex ENT presentations. Conduct specialist consultations and appropriate diagnostic examinations, order and interpret investigations and develop individualized medical or surgical treatment plans. Perform ENT procedures within the candidate's approved clinical privileges and identify patients requiring surgical intervention, advanced investigation or referral for subspecialty care. Work closely with other Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals within the center to ensure coordinated management of patients with complex conditions. Maintain accurate medical records, ensure appropriate informed consent and patient education and follow Kuwait Ministry of Health requirements, clinical governance standards and evidence-based ENT practices.
