Regulated by RERA and the Dubai Land Department, we work across Dubai's Real Estate market, helping buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords navigate the city's fast-moving property scene. As we grow our team, we're looking for ambitious, driven agents already based in Dubai and ready to build a career in one of the world's most exciting real estate markets. The Role We're looking for motivated, self-starting real estate agents to join our sales and leasing team in Dubai, focusing on the secondary market. This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential — your income is a direct reflection of your effort and results. If you're currently working in UK property, sales, or a target-driven environment and are already living in Dubai, looking for a bigger opportunity in a tax-free market with no ceiling on what you can earn, this could be the move for you. You'll be working from our office, supported by an established local team and brand, while you build your own client base and pipeline across leasing and resale transactions. What You'll Be Doing Generating and converting leads for property sales and leasing in Dubai's secondary market Conducting property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants Building and maintaining a network of clients, investors and referral sources Advising clients on market pricing, trends and the buying/renting process in Dubai Managing the full transaction process from initial enquiry through to close Representing the Baytify brand professionally at all times What We're Looking For Prior experience in sales, lettings, estate agency, or a target-driven, client-facing role Already based in Dubai and available to start immediately Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the resilience to thrive in a commission-only structure Comfortable working towards targets with a strong work ethic Full, valid UAE driving licence preferred What Baytify Offers Uncapped, commission-only earning potential in a tax-free environment Support with RERA licensing process Access to Baytify's listings, systems and marketing support Ongoing training and mentorship from an experienced leadership team A genuine platform to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate
