Key Responsibilities: Read and analyze drawings and plans, and understand their impact on quantities and costs Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimates, and project costs Prepare and issue tender documents and requests for quotations (RFQs) Manage and coordinate the tendering process, and compare and analyze technical and commercial offers Study and analyze market prices for materials and finishing works Follow up with suppliers and contractors and negotiate with them Identify, analyze, and monitor commercial and contractual project risks, and provide recommendations Track project costs against approved budgets and flag deviations or savings opportunities
