We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Ready-mix Concrete, Bahrain Blocks and Reinforcement Division. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting automated machinery used in block production. Key Responsibilities Plan the routine maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery. Identify and analyze faults and oversee time critical repair. Identifying and analyzing breakdown problem. Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work. Improving overall reliability of plants. Preparing a list of necessary spare parts which require for repairing plant, equipment and machinery. Record the major and most maintenance and breakdown activities which had done and performed in plant, equipment and machinery. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. Preparing a monthly maintenance report for plant, equipment and machinery. Lead, supervise, and train maintenance engineer and technicians. Ensure maintenance activities comply with HSE regulations. Any additional responsibilities assigned by the management. Skills Strong understanding of Ready-mix concrete production processes, Concrete Blocks & Steel bar cut & bend equipment. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing concrete batching plants, Concrete Blocks machines, Steel Rebas cut & bend and associated equipment. Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, resolve conflicts, and communicate clearly with team members, customers, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Strong ability to identify operational issues, troubleshoot equipment problems, manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Safety & Budget Management: Good understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices, with the ability to manage maintenance budgets and control operational costs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with minimum 7-10 years of experience in the Ready-mix Concrete & Blocks industry. .
