Act as the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service Assist and educate customers on digital banking services and smart kiosks Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally Promote digital banking products while maintaining high service standards Minimum 2+ year of customer service experience Industry : Banking/Finance sector preferred OR Hospitality, Real-Estate, Airline. Candidates based in Dubai, Sharjah, or Ajman Female candidates required Bachelor Degree is a Must Arabic speaker with Excellent English Age 35 years or below Flexible to work in either shifts ( 6 hours per day ) Morning: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM One weekday off per week (any one day from Monday to Friday).
