Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader to lead and deliver high-quality MEP and HVAC maintenance services across residential, commercial, and retail properties. The successful candidate will be a practical, technically capable professional with strong fault-finding skills, a commitment to safe work, and the ability to guide team members while maintaining a professional client experience. Key responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including split and ducted units, VRF/VRV systems, package units, chillers, and refrigeration equipment. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnose and repair faults in electrical panels, wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, pumps, motors, plumbing lines, and AC control systems. Perform planned preventive maintenance, including filter cleaning, coil washing, refrigerant top-ups, thermostat calibration, pressure testing, and vacuuming refrigerant lines. Replace HVAC components such as compressors, fan motors, capacitors, and control boards. Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications to support accurate installations and repairs. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and detailed service reporting. Maintain tools, equipment, stock, and work areas in safe, clean, working condition; request replacement supplies when needed. Support and coach team members, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Participate in the emergency call-out rota and emergency-response activity when required. Work independently or as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays when operationally necessary. Maintain polite, professional communication and presentation at every client site. ITI or diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or an equivalent discipline. Five to seven years of UAE experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. Practical experience with VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and package units preferred. Knowledge of HVAC control wiring and basic building management systems. Refrigerant-handling certification is an advantage. Good English communication skills. Good conduct certificate from the relevant local authority. UAE driving licence preferred.
