We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise MIS dashboards and analytics solutions to support decision-making across banking operations. The role will focus on data visualization, reporting automation, and integration with core banking systems, ensuring timely and accurate business insights. Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business needs Develop and automate MIS and management reporting frameworks Gather and translate business requirements into technical BI solutions Build robust data models (star schema, relationships, DAX measures) Integrate data from core banking systems, data warehouse, and external sources Develop executive dashboards, portfolio analytics, and operational KPIs Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks Optimize report performance and ensure scalability and usability Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting adoption Maintain documentation and governance standards Highly skilled Power BI Developer Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise MIS dashboards and analytics solutions Proficiency in data visualization, reporting automation, and integration with core banking systems Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical BI solutions Experience in building robust data models (star schema, relationships, DAX measures) Experience integrating data from core banking systems, data warehouse, and external sources Experience developing executive dashboards, portfolio analytics, and operational KPIs Skills in data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance Ability to optimize report performance and ensure scalability and usability Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience in maintaining documentation and governance standards
