Based in Abu Dhabi, this position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking to ensure smooth operations. Client Details A financial services organisation located in Abu Dhabi. Description Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for legal executives.Prepare, proofread, and organise legal documents and correspondence.Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.Maintain and update legal records and filing systems accurately.Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the legal team.Assist in preparing reports and presentations for legal proceedings or meetings.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the department's efficiency. Profile Strong organisational and time management skills.Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably within an in-house environment.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
