Summary: We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to maintain and support our organization's network infrastructure. This role will involve troubleshooting network issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring network performance meets the required standards. Job Responsibility: - Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely support to ensure minimal downtime. - Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats. - Monitor network performance and optimize network infrastructure for efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network technologies. - Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference. Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer or in a similar role. - In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP would be a plus.
