The ideal candidate will oversee production processes ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards, contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing operations. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines. - Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and logistics to optimize workflow. - Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports for management review. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. - Assist in troubleshooting production issues and provide practical solutions. - Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment and machinery. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in production or manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Familiarity with production management software is a plus. - Willingness to work in shifts if required.
