We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Advertising & Production Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising, content production, campaign coordination, and managing projects from concept through final delivery. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising and production projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with clients, creative teams, photographers, videographers, designers, and external suppliers. Develop and manage advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other relevant platforms. Prepare production schedules, budgets, briefs, and project timelines. Ensure all creative and production materials meet quality standards and deadlines. Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, events, and promotional activities. Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of production resources. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress. Stay updated on advertising trends, creative concepts, and industry developments. Previous experience in advertising, marketing, media, or production. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Good understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant design, production, or project-management tools is an advantage.
